New York Interlude 1

Walking back from the excellent production of 'South Pacific' at Lincoln Centre on Friday night I saw this poster on Broadway at about 52nd Street (or thereabouts). A large hoarding announcing to the world that New York has bed bugs with an artists impression of one of the critters (big buggers, aren't they?). That reminded me that, while watching coverage of Snowmaggedon on telly, I'd seen an advert about bed bugs and the bit I remembered showed a cleaning operative vacuuming a computer keyboard. Now, I'm not a sanitation expert by any means, but do bed bugs live in computer keyboards? I thought they had big love for soft furnishings.


I hasten to add that my nice hotel did *not* have bed bugs.
