Buffy Sainte-Marie Lifetime Achievement Award

Buffy Sainte-Marie has received yet another award, the latest is the Canadian Governor General's Performing Arts Award for Lifetime Artistic Achievement this past weekend in Ottawa. The award is Canada's foremost distinction for excellence in the performing arts. The group of distinguished past winners includes Bruce Cockburn, Gordon Lightfoot, Joni Mitchell, Anne Murray, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen and Oscar Peterson.
